MyDisclosures, the University and UPMC’s new electronic disclosure system pilot, which replaces the old iCOI SuperForm, was rolled out on June 15, 2020.

The new annual disclosure deadline is July 15, 2020. 2019 disclosures will continue to be accepted for grant submission purposes until then but 2020 disclosures will be required after July 15, 2020.

Anyone who is required to complete an annual disclosure form will automatically receive an email from MyDisclosures with a link to their disclosure form.
|
PLEASE DO NOT submit your annual disclosure in MyDisclosures until you receive an email from mydisclosures@pitt.edu with a link to your form instructing you that it is time to do so.

If you submitted a disclosure form in the COI SuperForm system, you must complete a new form in MyDisclosures. Unfortunately, it was not feasible to import information from the iCOI SuperForm system into the new system. The old iCOI SuperForm system will, however, still be available for reference purposes.

If you do not receive a notice from MyDisclosures by July 1, 2020 and you believe that you are required to complete a disclosure form, your supervisor must complete and submit a New Mandatory Disclosure form.
